The residence will last a maximum of 10 days, during which the two cities involved in the exchange will host the chosen artists, who will be invited to produce their works on spot.
(A French artist will work in Terni, and an Italian artist in Saint-Ouen).
The artist will be required to work (produce) interacting and/or taking inspiration from the city itself, thus creating interaction with the place and the residents of the city that hosts him.
The work or works produced will remain in the city that hosts the artist.
